They always go the extra mile to help address our car needs and/or emergencies ASAP. I’ve had a positive experience with every visit.

Brought my vehicle in with an issue and they made the repair. They charged me nothing for the work as it was something that had looked at before and wasn't quite fixed. Great service!

We've been taking our automobiles to Douglas for well over 15yrs and have never had any issues with service or with any of the folks working at Douglas. Always treated well and before any work was done they explained, in terms I could relate to the issues that needed to be address. We've taken our cars there because we trust their judgement as they have kept one of our vehicles running and in excellent shape for 19 years now with nearly 175,000 miles. Their recommendations for regular maintenance work always accepted and credited for the longevity & dependability of our 2001 Tahoe. Since we've moved from the Crystal Lake area to a southern suburb we haven't even thought of looking for another auto service location but still travel over 30 miles one way to Douglas Auto in Crystal Lake because we trust them to provide dependable service.
