After being clients of the Douglas in Barrington for years, a move to Cary prompted me to try out the Douglas in Crystal Lake. I was hesitant, but convinced myself to save the mileage because it's the same darn thing. It seems as if it's always an emergency when my car needs to be serviced and the Crystal Lake Douglas was just as awesome as the one in Barrington is.
