I got the tale light quickly. The price was much lower, than in another shop. The only thing I didn't like: they didnt give me a call when the part arrived.

Doug and Pat run a very clean shop and the service is great (for my first visit anyway). I had a knocking noise coming from around the front axle of my Maxima. Their team was able to diagnose the problem and make the repairs without any issues. I had previously been quoted for similar repairs from another local auto repair shop. The prices seemed competitive to the other shop. Overall very happy with the experience and I plan on coming back when future repairs are needed.

The service was great, they gave immediate feedback on what was wrong and was was needed for repair. They didn't quote a lot of unnecessary work that needed to be done and finished everything within a day. Great customer service!

Very pleased with the oil change and free tire rotation. I appreciated being apprized of Ford's maintenance recommendations as the car has 90,000 miles on it. There was no pressure to do the work immediately. I am now able to put the upcoming work into my budget. Always a pleasure to work with Douglas Auto and Ty.

My 1st experiance for my oil change and inspection was awsome! The staff is very professional and concerned with my auto needs. The mechanic inspected my vehical and told me I needed new wiper blades. I knew this, but I didn't think they would have inspected that throughly, but they did! I ordered my blades and in 10 min they were delilverd, installed and I was set. These blades do not streak like the ones I had on. I will definely tell everyone I know to come here for service.

I appreciate that I can trust that things are done in my best interest, and recommendation are honest assessments of what needs to be done or what needs to be done soon. Sometimes the wait, especially if it's only an oil change, seems long.
