As someone who puts off car repairs until I absolutely have to go in, the staff at Douglas Automotive is NOT the reason why! Friendly, trustworthy, helpful, thorough, patient, kind, beyond competent... the list goes on. I cannot say enough good things about this business.

Brought my truck in for a running board that wasn't working. Thought I would need to replace the motor. After the mechanic looked at it, he found a bad electrical plug connector. I was shocked & so happy that I didn't need a new motor. Just wanted to say I'm so pleased with the service I received. Also a big thanks to Mike & Ty and the mechanic who worked on my truck. Will definitely be back with my other vehicles.
